Once students complete the midyear or post-test assessment, you will see gains scores in the Class Gains Report. Here is an overview of how to use the report:
Step 1: View the percentage and number of students who finished the midyear test.
Step 2: View the percentage of students who have moved up from the frustration zone.
Step 3: View the average instructional level change for the class.
Step 4: Sort the table by any of the rows – first name, last name, etc. Hover over any of the column headings for more information.
Step 5: View the level change for each student.
Step 6: View the TOT Interval – how much time on task between tests.
Step 7: Click on Item Analysis to view the test answers and scores.
