A jumbled or white screen can occur the first time your child logs into BrightFish Reading. There are a number of media files that need to be downloaded to support the audio and video functions in BrightFish Reading. This initial setup is the most sensitive to Internet slowdowns. If you encounter this problem, refresh your screen or log out and log back in a few times so that the system has time to complete the setup. The dashboard screen should now appear as normal and display your child’s name and activities. Once the dashboard displays correctly, the issue should not reoccur.
